JumpStart Review & Giveaway

I don’t know about your kids but mine love to steal my laptop to play games. I’m telling you the second I sit down to get on my laptop, I hear “Mommy can I trace the game?” (Don’t ask why my little gamer says “trace” the game, he just always has…its weird I know.) Anyways, we have been lucky enough to try out JumpStart, an adventure based learning program online. This site has learning games and fun adventures for kids ages 3-10.
Here is a demo of their site...
I have three boys ages 5, 4, and 2 and its perfect for them. Even my 2 year old will sit and watch his brothers play and even help out when he knows something. I love the reading adventure where they have to identify letters, shapes, or rhyming words while their “Jumpy” is wearing a jetpack and flying through space. My boys have been on other learning sites before and just get bored with it. They really would rather play the fun games. That’s what I love the most about JumpStart, it combines both learning and gaming adventure in one. Its keeps their attention and they are learning at the same time. Does it get any better?
Here are my boys playing JumpStart.
The site also has great things for parents. They have a blog with great ideas for things to do with your kids. They also have a parents section with discussions and forums. You can talk it up with other members. It really is a great site for both parents and children.
Here at Ten Kids Crazy we use a star rating system for our reviews from both me (mom) and my kids. Here is what we thought of JumpStart on a 5 star system (5 being the best rating).
MOM= 5 STARS
MY THREE SONS= 5 STARS
MY THREE SONS= 5 STARS

We really did enjoy it that much. We think you would too. So much so that we are offering a giveaway to receive a free 3 month subscription to JumpStart. What a great review for your kids before they go back to school or are just starting kindergarten.
Here is what you need to do to be entered into the giveaway…
-Follow our site
-Follow @TenKidsCrazy on Twitter
-Tweet about this giveaway
-Blog about the giveaway on your blog and leave it on our Mr. Linky so we can see it.

Good Luck!

Seriously. It will totally ruin your Mother's Day Surprise. Are you gone? Okay. ..No peeking.
Usually I suck at buying my mother in law presents. Think about it, she has thirteen kids, eleven kids in law, almost forty grand kids and various godchildren. Chances are, whatever you get her, she already has it. I've always left the gift buying to my husband since it is his mom. However, this idea has not panned out so well. My husband hates to shop and hates to buy presents. So I am officially taking over the gift buying from now on.
And speaking of gifts, I found an awesome one for his mom this year! A company called SnapTotesmakes custom photo bags and if you know my mother in law, she is always carrying stuff around. Plus, she has not gotten a picture of my kids in years. So I combined two gifts in one with the help of SnapTotes. I know....GENIUS!! So I went to the SnapTotes website and began the ordering process. Even though I am of high intellect (ha ha) the site makes designing and ordering a bag, easy enough for my kids to do (please don't tell them though. I really don't want seven bags with pictures of my kids' butts showing up on my doorstep and credit card bill.)
I picked a large bag (she teaches CCD, so she has a lot of stuff,) with a leather back and a pic of my kids at the beach. I can't wait to see how cute it turns out. Fortunately, I already have a great idea because you even get a preview of your design. If I had a few good pics, I would have been able to make a collage on the bag. I highly suggest that you go take a peek at the site, especially if you are the gift buyer in your family and need an idea for the woman who has everything.
